Dubbed the world's hottest grandad,Wang Deshun, is an actor and model but has turned into a life coach, offering advice on how to defy age while still looking so sharp.'

The grandfather hit the headlines globally recently when he strutted shirtless down a catwalk at a fashion show in Beijing, China.

After his appearance on the catwalk, GQ magazine described him as "rocking" the fashion event.The magazine wrote

His glory was one of contrast,"While the other models wore floral quilted head coverings reminiscent of cats and geishas."He wore a torso capable of ripping mountains from the earth."

Deshun has a toned physique the envy of any man decades younger than his 80 years.

As someone who didn't join a gym until his 50s, Deshun believes it's never too late.He told the Times

“No one can keep you from success except yourself,”
