Khloe's Goal Was To Get Her Life Back - Kardashian's Trainer Spills Secret
Gunnar Peterson , Khloe Kardshian's personal trainer, has revealed a few secrets about the Reality TV star.
According to Peterson, he had to train Khloe, like an athlete to achieve her now enviable fit and sexy body.In his words:
'I don't know if it started as "I'm going to get a revenge body," he said.
'I think it was "I'm going to get it together so I feel great about me" and she realised she was purging so much bad stuff.'
On how he got Khloe fit and still maintaining her famous Kardashian body, he revealed that he laced her on several programmes, used for most of his other clients.
Her routine included squats, lunges, sled pushing and boxing to work the biggest muscle groups.
For her upper body, he had Khloe doing pull ups, push ups, shoulder presses and twisting presses.
