Real estate agent Alexei Pavlov noticed the listing on U.S. property website Zillow, and contacted the 'manager' to ask if he could represent it commercially.
With the 'manager's' agreement, Mr Pavlov posted the property details onto the Multiple Listing Service.
The home was purchased by Drake $7.7 million back in 2012.
