Oluwatosin Oluwafemi, who killed his 4-year old daughter, Olive Oluwafemi in Canada back in 2014, has finally gotten a trial date
The accused appeared in court on Friday after which a 2 week trial date was set for Oct 2, 201l
Oluwafemi, who was arrested in Ontario in December 2015, now faces a second degree murder , charge. Officers, were called to his Calgary home on Dec 19, 2014, where his daughter was found in cardiac arrest ad unable to breath. The poor girl was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Investigators later reported that the injuries found on Olive, were inflicted in her home and was in no way as a result of any accident.
The accused was working in Calgary as a graduate engineer in the oil industry. He has since his rrest been in custody.
