 A bombshell dubbed 'China's fittest mum ' has left people shokd by the fact she's 50 years old.

Liu Yelin, whose beautiful photos have gone viral ,has been pictured with her adult son, but you'd never tell she'd be old enough to be his mother.

But Liu has revealed that having a figure like hers doesn't come without a price.

The mum from Xinyang city in central China's Henan Province says she does a two-hour workout every day.
