David Desper turned himself in at 2 a.m. and was arraigned on first-degree and third-degree murder, along with other charges in Bianca Roberson's death, authorities said at a press conference. No bail has been set.
Roberson, 18, was shot in the head Wednesday in West Goshen Township after she tried to merge into a lane at the same time as the driver of a red pickup truck.
Roberson was killed instantly and her car veered off the road, hitting a tree,NY Times reports.
Authorities say they found Desper's dented red pickup — as well as a 40-caliber semi-automatic handgun they believe he used to kill Roberson.
