Bars Should Be Closed One Week Before The Kenyan Election

Ahead of the Kenyan election in August, the body that campaigns against drug abuse in the country is proposing that all bars should be closed one week ahead of the election. .

The CEO National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse,Victor Okioma,  made this known to reporters of  local TV station Citizen TV saying that the move would ensure people don't vote under the influence of alcohol.
