Charlie Sheen sued again for allegedly exposing ex to HIV

Charlie Sheen is being sued again by an ex who claims the star lied about his HIV.

A lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court does not name Sheen or the plaintiff, but the documents, acquired by Us Weekly, say the defendant discussed his HIV on TV on Nov. 17, 2015, and June 21, 2016, the same days as the actor’s “Today” show interviews.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims Sheen said he was “fine” when asked if he had any sexually transmitted diseases and that she “needed to trust him.”

Doe claims she met Sheen in September 2015 and the two had protected sex until October, when they skipped protection, according to People.

After intercourse, Sheen allegedly “threw a bag of pills on the ped” and told her that he was HIV-positive.

He also allegedly claimed to be “noble” for revealing his status.

Doe sued for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress and fraud.

Sheen was also sued by his former fiancĂ©, Brett Rossi, in December 2015. Rossi similarly claimed that the actor didn’t tell her about his HIV after his diagnosis and the couple continued to have sex.

She also claimed Sheen forced her to have an abortion in March 2014.
