He's just 11? Madonna's son towers above her as they stroll in Italy

 Madonna who turned 59 was seen walking in Italy, with her son David and twin daughters Stelle and Estere to the famous church in the historic city.

She wrapped her hands around her adorable 11-year-old son David who seemed to have gone through a tremendous growth spurt in the last two years.
