Kim Kardashian reveals she is 'so insecure' about her body

Kim Kardashian has revealed she is insecure about her body ,despite how confident she appears.

The reality star opened up about being vulnerable to 'bodyshamers' after she was pictured in some unflattering photographs on a break in Mexico in April this year.

Usually body-confident Kim, was ridiculed as she hit the beach with sister Kourtney wearing a black thong bikini - 

You take pictures and people just body shame you,"the star told the camera, adding "It’s like literally giving me body dysmorphia.”.

The mum-of-two went on to say that people assume she's comfortable in her figure, but the truth is "I'm so insecure," she said.
